1. Ykee Benda – Tugume Wycliff
He is most known for his single Farmer, a mad tune that has left Ugandans want more and more of him, and Munakampala, a sweet single which is RnB, aliittle ragga having a dance beat.
2. A Pass – Alex Bagonza
A Pass music is fast gaining popularity with hits such as “WUUYO”, “TULI KUBIGERE”, “AM LOVING”, ”MARIANA” & “MUMPULIRA” dominating the Ugandan airwaves as the some of the most frequently requested songs on the popular radio stations such as Sanyu FM, Capital FM and Radio City.

He is a great performer and known for taking the audience by storm with his ragga dancehall flows.
5. Roden Y – Ssenabulya Yusuf
He may seem new, but Roden Y has been in the game for a long time. His professional music career started at Monster Records but all the songs he produced never went far. After a couple of years, he decided to join Team No Sleep, and now he is one of the popular dancehall artistes with songs such as Kabako, Ndeku and Nanfuka remix. Besides his ability to sing, he has another X facto about him; His stage performance!

Beenie Gunter is a popularly known dancehall artiste although he terms his style as versatile because of his talent. Signed to Savy Music regardless of the fact that he started his own camp called ”GunTalk City”

Herbert ‘Mendo’ Ssegujja is a Ugandan comedian commonly known for his hilarious character as Teacher Mpamire and mimicking President Museveni.
12. Edith K – Nantabazi Editha
Edith K is a talented singer and vocalist. She is currently signed to singer, Bebe Cool’s Gagamel Entertainment.
13. Fifi Da Queen – Nabitengegero Phiona
Fifi Da Queen is a popular local radio and TV presenter. She currently works with Bukedde TV.
14. Kent and Flosso – Kent Koojo and Michael Flosso
The singing duo Kent and Flosso are what may beat Radio & Weasel to their game. These guys started singing in 2013 but their breakthrough came last year when they signed to Voltage Music. 2016 was a fruitful year for the duo because they performed at huge functions such as the Club Mega fest at Sheraton, Club Dome Gulu, Reggae sound splash festival and Ice Cream festival, among others.
